15 December 2009 – SJM opens the Casino Oceanus at Jai Alai.

21 September 2009 – SJM opens the Casino L'Arc Macau.

17 December 2008 – SJM opens the Grand Lisboa Hotel.

16 July 2008 – SJM Holdings Limited is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of
                              Hong Kong.

1 February 2008 – SJM opens Casino Ponte 16.

11 February 2007 – SJM opens the Grand Lisboa, Macau's new landmark.

17 February 2006 – SJM Holdings Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong.

1 April 2002 – SJM commences operations with 11 casinos.

March 2002 – SJM signs gaming concession contract valid until 31 March 2020 with the
                            Macau SAR Government.

February 2002 – SJM successfully wins tender to become a concessionaire operating casino
                                 gaming in Macau.

28 November 2001 – Sociedade de Jogos de Macau S.A. ("SJM") is incorporated as a limited 
                                          liability company in Macau.
