19 November 2024 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) invited community groups to experience the “SJM x Macau Cruise” and visit Grand Lisboa Palace Resort (“Grand Lisboa Palace”) .

On 7 October, SJM invited over 30 members and their families from the Fuhong Society of Macau to join the cruise. With the guidance of SJM team members, participants enjoyed the beautiful sceneries along the cruise. SJM’s mascot, “Sam the Rooster,” joined the group at Coloane Pier to make a special appearance. After the cruise, they visited Grand Lisboa Palace to play golf in its sports game zone, and have a delightful afternoon.

To show care for the elderly and promote a culture of respect and love, SJM organised various “SJM x Macau Cruise” sessions and visits to Grand Lisboa Palace for elderly members from the Associação de Idosos, Deficientes Intelectuais e Seus Familiares, as well as two senior centers run by Tung Sin Tong, on 15 October and 19 November respectively. In addition to the scenic cruise, the elderly participants enjoyed the “Dragons of the Four Seas: Tribute to Macau” Lantern Art Exhibition, visited the “’A Racing Legacy’ Series of Events: Drivers’ Collection Exhibition”, and indulged in a delicious meal at Grand Lisboa Palace. SJM team members engaged warmly with the elderly throughout the tour, fostering laughter and creating warm and joyful moments.

Through these various activities, SJM aimed to provide care and support to underprivileged groups while fostering a harmonious and inclusive community.
