24 July 2025 – SJM Resorts, S.A. is dedicated to fostering the development of innovative talent. On 25 May, it co-organised the “2025 World Robot Olympiad Robostarter – Macau Tryouts” with the Macau Science and Technology Innovation Education Association. The top teams from this event participated in the China Invitational Games of the “2025 World Youth Robot Olympiad” held in Shandong on 24 July. They competed against more than 360 teams and nearly a thousand participants from over 20 provinces in Mainland China, as well as from Hong Kong, Macau, and more than 10 overseas countries, including Germany, Malaysia, and the United States.

In an impressive finish, Pui Ching Middle School (Macau) won both the championship and first runner-up positions in the “Sumo Robot – Primary Group.” Additionally, St. Joseph Parish Secondary School No. 5 secured both the gold and bronze awards in the same category.
