SJM “Star Service Essential: The Three-Step Service Expert Training” Programme Attracts 50 Industry Professionals to Participate
12 November 2025 – SJM “Star Service Essential: The Three-Step Service Expert Training”, jointly held for the first time by SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) and the Macao Government Tourism Office (“MGTO”), concluded successfully at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on 12 November, with Ms. Jennifer Si Tou, Deputy Director of MGTO, attending in person to show her support. The programme attracted approximately 50 participants from the local hotel, catering, and retail industries.
As part of the “Star Service Formula” Activities Series, the course featured SJM team members sharing customer service skills with participants and exploring, through case studies, how to flexibly respond to guests’ needs. The programme aims to enhance the professional competency of Macau’s tourism service sector, contribute to consolidating Macau’s position as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure”, and promote the sustainable development of Macau’s integrated tourism and leisure industry.
