19 December 2025 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) remains dedicated to fostering art and cultural activities in Macau, providing a valuable exchange platform for young local musical talents.  As a long-term sponsor of the “Musical Journeys” event series organised by the Clube Militar de Macau, SJM regularly invites local youth to attend the concerts and themed dinners, where they engage in meaningful conversations with performers and experience firsthand the harmony between Chinese and Portuguese cultures.

On 28 November and 19 December, SJM invited recipients of the “SJM Scholarship” from Macao Polytechnic University and members of the University of Macau String Orchestra to participate in the concerts and dinners. The first concert, “Striking Rhythms,” was performed by young artists Sami Cheong and Kaia Kuok. The second concert, “Under the Mistletoe Moonlight,” featured vocalist and pianist Kelly Yau alongside backing vocalist and cellist Siu Wai Jung Justin. The two distinct concerts enabled students to appreciate the diverse musical styles and promoted cultural exchange through music as a bridge.
