29 May 2024 – Sixty dragon boat athletes attended a health forum hosted by SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) on 29 May at the Staff Club, in an effort to reinforce the teams’ focus on physical well-being.

The forum was led by Ms. Leong Nga Lai, an experienced sports nutritionist and fitness coach. She provided the dragon boat athletes with the latest health knowledge and information, introduced them to healthy eating habits, and shared her professional knowledge in sports.
