Grand Lisboa Chef Team Conducts Professional Demonstration for Members of Casa de Peliseo Sam Meng Chi
10 March 2025 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) arranged the Grand Lisboa Macau’s Chef Team to visit Casa de Peliseo Sam Meng Chi of the Macau Association for Intellectual Development Services. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Andy Lam, the chef team demonstrated how to prepare the “Grilled Chicken and Bacon Garden Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing” and the “Ham Pasta with Neapolitan Tomato Sauce.” The demonstration included steps such as selecting ingredients, measuring quantities, food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating. The chefs also shared practical insights on inventory management and answered common questions faced by snack cafes. Participants took detailed notes and had the opportunity to practice techniques themselves. They expressed their hopes that, through continued practice and hard work, they could incorporate these new dishes into their café’s menu, demonstrating their commitment to fostering friendship, cooperation within the community.
SJM will continue to work closely with various community groups to help local underprivileged groups showcase their potential and collaborate with different communities, promoting the development of an inclusive society.
