22 March 2025 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM’) successfully hosted two movie screening sessions of “Ne Zha 2” on 15 and 22 March. The events received enthusiastic responses, with more than 400 team members and their families attending the screenings. These activities aimed to promote Chinese culture and enhance team members' understanding of Chinese animation technology.

Ms. Angela Leong, the Director and Chairman of the Staff Welfare Consultative Committee at SJM, and Dr. Rui Cunha, the Secretary-General of SJM, attended the first screening, which included over 200 team members, their families, and friends who gathered to enjoy the movie. Ms. Angela Leong stated in her speech that “Ne Zha 2” is a remarkable blend of traditional mythology and modern storytelling. The film showcases various aspects of Chinese traditional culture and conveys positive messages about love among family and friends, empathy, and the significance of family members' companionship, mutual care, and understanding. She encouraged team members to embody Ne Zha's spirit of resilience and determination as motivation for their career paths, guiding children in their growth, achieving academic goals, and persevering in the face of difficulties and challenges.
