4 February 2026 – SJM Resorts, S.A. ("SJM") is honored to have been invited to the Opening Seminar of the “USJ SDG Week 2026”, joining experts from UNU Macao and the University of Saint Joseph and industry peers to explore the future of sustainable development. At the seminar, Mr. Clayton Wong, Assistant Director of Sustainability of SJM, shared how we integrate the nation’s “30·60” dual carbon goals into the company’s daily operations and showcased several successful initiatives:

 – Pioneering Energy Innovation: Trialing Macau’s first micro wind energy recovery system at the cooling tower of Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, converting exhaust airflow into electricity

 – Local Talent Development: Launching the SJM "Forge My Own Journey" Development Programme in collaboration with the Macao University of Tourism to create diverse career pathways for Macau youth

SJM will continue to lead and leverage technology to empower sustainability and contribute to building a greener Macau.
