10 January 2026 – SJM Resorts, S.A. ("SJM") established the “SJM Scholarship” programme for Macao Polytechnic University in 2002, with the annual scholarship amount extended to MOP100,000 from 2024 onwards for ten outstanding students. The initiative aims to cultivate local talents to deepen Macau’s “One Platform” role and to promote economic diversification. Scholarship recipients are mainly from Chinese-Portuguese related faculties, as well as from Computing, Nursing, Music and Design.

The scholarship presentation ceremony was held on 10 January. Mr. Daniel Shim, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of SJM, presented the scholarships to the students on behalf of the company.
