29 April 2026 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) organised a group of over 40 team members to take part in the “My Motherland GBA Tour – One-day Academic Trip to Zhongshan”. Through a learning-through-travel approach, the initiative aims to deepen participants’ understanding of national development while fostering the spirit of “Love for the Motherland Love for Macau”. The itinerary featured visits to the Zhongshan Panda Baseball and Softball Training Base and the facilities at the Panda Memorial Baseball Stadium, where baseball and softball events of the 15th National Games were held, enabling participants to gain insights into the base’s experience in hosting large-scale sporting events. The group also visited the Choi Heong Yuen Bakery Culture Museum and the Chubang Soy Sauce Culture Museum, learning about provincial- and municipal-level intangible cultural heritage projects. Participants further enjoyed a hands-on almond cookie-making experience, exploring how traditional culture is integrated with modern innovation.
