30 May 2026 – In celebration of World Book Day on 23 April and the “Macao Just Read – 2026 National Reading Campaign Week” organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) hosted the “Reading Fun Pavilion” family workshop at Grand Lisboa Palace Arte on 24 May for team members and their children. Led by professional instructors, parents and children explored the world of stories together in an engaging, game-based format. Building on this initiative, SJM held another family workshop on 30 May at the Grand Lisboa Palace conference room, inviting families from the Macau Down Syndrome Association, the Macau Deaf Association - Centre of the Deaf, the YMCA of Macau, the Sheng Kung Hui Taipa Youth and Family Integrated Service Centre, the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macau, and the Salvation Army Joy Family Integrated Service Centre. These workshops aimed to foster a love of reading among parents and children through engaging shared reading activities.
