24 August 2023 - In a bid to inspire youths from diverse backgrounds to enhance their skills and leverage their strengths, SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) recently organised vocational training workshops at the GLP Art Workshops at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”). The event, designed to involve members serviced by the Sheng Kung Hui Astor Shore, Sheng Kung Hui North District Youth Service Team, Sheng Hung Hui Student Counselling Services, as well as Sheng Kung Hui “We-Connect” Hidden and Internet Addiction Youth Service Project, encouraged young adults to effectively utilise their summer break to nurture interests in art.

Held on 10, 22, and 24 August 2023, the training encompassed three workshops: crafting crystal aroma candles, preserved fresh flower gift boxes and wreaths. Skilled instructors demonstrated foundational crafting skills, inspiring participants to explore their creativity. This experience enabled youths to master crafting techniques, find joy in creating, and cultivate a sense of achievement, laying the groundwork for future skill growth.
