Website Agreement

The Site is offered to users (the “User” or collectively “Users”) conditioned on the Users' acceptance without modification of terms, conditions and notices contained herein (the “User Agreement”). Use of the Site constitutes acceptance by the User of all such terms, conditions and notices in the User Agreement.

SJMH is committed to protect the personal data of its investors/customers (“Data”). To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices.

The Information We Collect

When the User visits the Site, we track certain information that is non-personally identifiable. Data is collected in aggregated and anonymously, which may include the type of Internet browser the User is using, the type of computer operating system the User is using, the pages the User visited on the Site, and how the User arrived at our website. This information is used for the purpose of creating a better user experience and to identify areas for improvement on the Site.

Personal information that the User voluntarily provides is used in order to communicate with and send the latest financial news of SJMH to the User. By entering on areas that request the above information, it is assumed that the User of the Site agrees and authorizes the treatment of the personal data according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Laws of Hong Kong).

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to ascertain whether SJMH holds your personal data, to obtain a copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate. You may also request SJMH to inform you of the type of personal data held by it.

Cookies

A 'cookie' is a small text file that a website can place on the User's computer's hard drive to personalize user experience, track shopping cart data, and to gather website statistical data.
