Important Warning on Competitions, Prizes or Lucky Draws not authorised by SJM

SJM will not be liable for any purported prizes or other "offers" which have been made by other organisations or persons without SJM's authority and does not accept any liability (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by any party who supplies his or her personal information or who pays money to any organisations or persons who have not been authorised by SJM.
